At Our Favorite Things, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Furniture, Special-Order, and Designer Bag Sales: All sales of furniture, special-order items, and designer bags are considered final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges for these items. We appreciate your understanding as these items are often customized or unique.

Seasonal and Sale Items: All purchases of seasonal and sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these discounted products.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges.

Non-Furniture Items: For all non-furniture items, we offer the option of exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

Timing: The exchange or store credit request must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items being exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, and all original tags must be attached.

Receipt Requirement: Please note that we require a valid receipt for all exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot process an exchange without proof of purchase.

How to Initiate an In-Store Exchange: If you meet the criteria for an exchange or store credit, please visit our store with the original receipt and the item in its original condition. Our friendly staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement or issuing store credit.

How to Initiate an Online Exchange: When you create an account using your email, you will be able to request a return from your order profile. When the return is approved, you will receive store credit minus the cost of shipping, as detailed above. You can then order the new item(s) using your store credit.
